Basic Plan - Sign up
° This refers to active concurrent titles. Appingo titles are either active or archived.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
An Appingo subscription is a 12-month subscription.

Why is there a lower price shown on each plan?
We offer a 20% discount for any customer who pre-pays for an entire 12-month subscription at sign up. The reduced monthly fee is a monthly break-down of that discounted rate.

Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.

Are there any per-user charges?
No. Every Appingo account can add an unlimited number of users without any additional charge. We firmly believe — the more, the merrier!!

Do I need to get my IT department involved to use Appingo?
Absolutely not! We are a hosted solution designed so that you don’t have to involve your IT department. In fact, we’re priced so low, you shouldn’t even have to tell your boss. We want production departments to use Appingo without any obstacles.

So, I don’t need to prepare an RFP for Appingo?
Nope. In fact, if you do send us an RFP, we will use it to wallpaper our office walls! We are an RFP-free company.

Do you store my files for me?
Yes. Your files are stored “in the cloud” on a secure server farm. Your files will be backed up daily and you can access them at any time, from anywhere with an Internet connection (so long as your account is active).
